在留カードの手続きについて
国の制度改正により、令和8年6月14日（日）から在留カードとマイナンバーカードを一体化した「特定在留カード」の制度が始まります。
これにより、希望する方はマイナンバーカードを在留カードとして利用することができるようになります。
特定在留カードとは
特定在留カードとは、マイナンバーカードに在留資格などの情報を記録し、在留カードとしても利用できるようになるカードです。
一体化をすることにより、本人確認や各種手続きの際に、1枚のカードで対応できるようになります。
特定在留カードの申請は、役場本庁舎のみ可能となりますので、希望される方は役場本庁舎までご来庁ください。
これまでの在留カードについて
現在お持ちの在留カードは、引き続きそのまま使用することができます。
特定在留カードの申請は、希望する方のみが対象となります。
住所変更の手続きについて
引越しなどにより住所が変わった場合は、市区町村への届出が必要です。
※令和8年6月14日（日）以降、在留カードを持った方の転入、転居の手続きは、在留カード内のICチップ書き換えが必要になるため、役場本庁舎にご来庁いただく必要があります。お手数をおかけいたしますが、ご協力をお願いいたします。

Due to revisions to national regulations, the “Specific Residence Card” system—which combines the Residence Card and the My Number Card—will take effect on Sunday, June 14, 2026.
As a result, those who wish to do so will be able to use their My Number Card as their Residence Card.
What Is a Specific Residence Card?
A Specific Residence Card is a card that records information such as your status of residence on the My Number Card, allowing it to be used as a Residence Card.
By combining these functions, a single card can be used for identity verification and various administrative procedures.
Applications for the Specific Residence Card can only be submitted at the main municipal office building. If you wish to apply, please visit the main municipal office building.
About Your Current Residence Card
You may continue to use your current Residence Card as is.
Applications for the Specific Residence Card are available only to those who wish to obtain one.
Regarding Address Change Procedures
If your address changes due to a move or other reasons, you must notify your municipality.
*Starting Sunday, June 14, 2026, residents holding a Residence Card who are moving into the town or relocating within the town will need to have the IC chip on their card rewritten; therefore, you must visit the Town Hall Main Building. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

विशिष्ट आवासीय कार्ड के हो?
विशिष्ट आवासीय कार्ड एउटा यस्तो कार्ड हो जसमा तपाईंको बसोबासको स्थिति जस्ता जानकारीहरू रेकर्ड गरिन्छ, जसले यसलाई आवासीय कार्डको रूपमा प्रयोग गर्न अनुमति दिन्छ।
यी कार्यहरूलाई संयोजन गरेर, एउटै कार्ड पहिचान प्रमाणीकरण र विभिन्न प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाहरूका लागि प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ।
